1. What materials are used to make your fabric accessories?

Our fabric accessories are handmade using high-quality thick hardboards. That is hard to damage with little amount of water. Whole article dip in water will surely affect our accessories

2. How are the accessories adorned with stones?

The stones on our accessories are carefully selected and handcrafted to ensure they complement the design look. Each stone is securely sewed with thread and some attached with strongest adhesives adding a touch of elegance and sparkle.

3. Are your accessories suitable for sensitive ears?

Yes, our earrings are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive ears as these are extremely lightweight. We understand the importance of comfort and take extra care to ensure that our earrings are safe and gentle on the skin. But, if you are strict to gold or silver accessories only, then you can try them at your own choice.

4. How do I care for my fabric accessories?

To keep your fabric earrings looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with water and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place and clean them gently with a soft cosmetic brush, if needed.

5. Can I customise the design of the accessories?

At the moment, we do not offer customisation options for our casual accessories However, we DO TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS for bridal accessories & bangles sets only.

6. How can I place an order?

Once you have found the article you love, select the desired quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Review your items in the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and then click on the "Place Order" button to complete your purchase.

We accept all major credit & debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location. Generally, it takes 6-7 business days for domestic orders.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on our website or the courier's website.

10. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Our accessories are made with high-quality materials, but we cannot guarantee that they are hypoallergenic. If you have sensitive ears, we recommend wearing our earrings for a short period of time initially to test for any allergic reactions. If you experience any discomfort, please discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
